Parents are being cautioned to stop neglecting their children.
The caution from the Director of Parent Education for Development in Barbados (PAREDOS), Cicely Clarke-Richmond, who says that while she understands parents are busy, they still have to make time for their children.
And she says this is important to ensure wholesome citizens in the country.
